Family Income Inquiry Form
We ask that all families complete the Family Income Inquiry Form. This form assists schools in receiving funding for programs that help our most vulnerable populations. Families may also qualify for testing and college application fee waivers.
This form replaces the Free and Reduced Lunch Application. Now, All students may receive free meals. Please view the Remote Learning Plan for more information.

Meals Provided to In-Person Students
Meals for All Students
The DOE offers free breakfast, lunch, and afterschool meals to all students. Grab-and-go breakfast and lunch are available for all LaGuardia students when they attend in-person. On remote learning days, students or their parents/guardians may pick up meals for studentsy. Take-Out meals for students will be available on school days only, 9:00 AM-12:00 PM. Meals may pick up meals from any school location that is most convenient for your family.
Students are not allowed to eat in the building. Breakfast for students attending in-person will be available at the entrance. Students should take their meals and eat outside. Lunch for students attending in-person will be available at the exit. Students should take their meals and exit the building.
For students who are not attending in person instruction, meals will be available at the entrance. More information will be provided as it becomes available.
Free Meals Provided to Students, Families, and Adults
All families and students can continue to go to any school building between 9a.m. and noon on weekdays to pick up three free grab-and-go meals. No identification or registration is necessary. Halal and kosher meals are available at some sites, which are listed at schools.nyc.gov/freemeals.
o From 3-5 p.m., New Yorkers of all ages can pick up free meals at 260 Community Meals sites across the city. For a list of sites, please visit schools.nyc.gov/freemeals.
Important P-EBT Update: State P-EBT System Should Now Include All NYC Public School Students
All NYC public school students were entered automatically into the State's P-EBT system and should now appear in the system. Some families have already received the cards in the mail, but not all mailings have gone out. If you have not yet received the cards, you should expect them shortly.
In the rare instance you learn that your child does not appear in the P-EBT system after calling the helpline, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note that some students who attend NYC charter and parochial schools may not yet appear in the P-EBT system but will shortly.
