The Parents Association meets on the first Tuesday of every month at 7 p.m. in the Little Flower Theatre, unless announced otherwise.
The Executive Board of the PA meets once a month in the Principal’s Conference Room on the second floor. Executive Board meetings are open to all members of the PA as observers.
Studio Meetings are held on the first Tuesday of every month at 6 p.m., immediately before the general PA Meeting. Studio meeting locations are posted in the Lobby on the night of the meetings.
The Academic Forum will be meeting once a month, on the dates listed below, at 7 pm in Room 457.

Note:
If the Studio meeting is first, it is at 6:00 pm, followed by the General meeting at 7:00 pm. If the General meeting is first, it is at 6:00 pm and is followed by the Studio meeting at around 6:30.
