The Angel Network

The LaGuardia Arts PA Angel Network is a new PA undertaking designed to address immediate and unanticipated needs. LaGuardia Arts faculty and APs are encouraged to ask the LaGuardia Arts PA Angel Network to provide financial or other support for an item or an undertaking (museum trip, theatre tickets, etc.) for the benefit of LaGuardia Arts students. While there is already a grant application process in place, a grant application must be approved by the Grant Committee and by the PA body. The LaGuardia Arts PA Angel Network operates independently. The LaGuardia Arts PA Angel Network Wish List will be posted on the website as well as distributed via the LaGUARDIA ARTS PARENTS NEWS BULLETIN, so that "Angels" inside or outside the LaGuardia Arts community may respond directly for assistance with a particular item on the LaGuardia Arts PA Angel Network Wish List. There is no approval process required, and any reasonable request will be added to the LaGuardia Arts PA Angel Network Wish List below.

LaGuardia Arts PA Angel Network Wish List

1. Furniture needed for new student lounge. If you can donate an old couch, chair or table, contact the Contact the LaGuardia Arts PA Angel Network!

2. Copier Paper needed by LaGuardia Arts teachers: LaGuardia Arts is looking for Angels to supply copier paper (standard letter-sized (8 1/2" X 11") white). To do so on on an ongoing basis would be ideal, but any contribution of paper by the case would be appreciated. Be an Angel and contact the LaGuardia Arts PA Angel Network.

3. Blank CD-RWs and DVDs for recording are needed for the Recording Studio.  This is an ongoing need and contributions will be welcome at any time.  Look for sales at Staples, Office Depot, etc., and contact the LaGuardia Arts PA Angel Network.

4. 10 to 15 soft cases for 3⁄4 basses are needed.  We can get a special price of $100 each, if you can help. Please contact the LaGuardia Arts PA Angel Network for details.

5. Got a Steinway in the attic?  We need at least one grand and two uprights.  Must be in top condition.  Just contact the LaGuardia Arts PA Angel Network!

6. The Music Studio needs two of the new Bose Wave music system Radio/CD Players.
